The first property management committee (PMC) meeting took place on Thursday 17th June.

The committee agreed to create the following working groups sitting below the PMC.

Marketing
Chair: Emily Palmer, Festival Place

Proptech
Chair: David Stanford, JLL

Turnover
Chair: Andrew Milton, CBRE

Non-core income
Chair: Sabri Marsaoui, Edmonton Green

Should any member want to join one of these working groups they should contact the responsible person.

These working groups are in addition to the two existing working groups, being security & safer shopping and regional centre managers committee.
