The Marketing Working Group virtually met up yesterday, and Christmas was the hottest of many topics.
Member Donna Callander said: ”Christmas 2021 is going to start earlier as people want to experience the Christmas spirit and celebrate as much as possible. You can see that our retailers have switched on Christmas mode already. Our places need to navigate how to support physically and digitally as we enter an unknown period and begin to develop plan A, B, and maybe C.’
