‘Christmas in a physical space this year is going to be like Love Actually when Rowan Atkinson is wrapping the gift. It is going to be about experience, customer service, and personalisation. Offering something that you can’t get online. Retail needs to adapt to new customer wants, needs, and demands to survive Christmas 2021.’
