The Lexicon in Bracknell is half a decade into the rejuvenation of the town centre, and has fostered a vibrant retail and leisure led core complete with high-quality public realm, greatly increasing footfall and restoring local pride. Developed in partnership between Schroder UK Real Estate Fund, managed by Schroders Capital together with Legal & General and Bracknell Forest Council, this Revo Gold award-winning project has proven to be a successful catalyst for further investment, with a number of workplace and residential projects being delivered on surrounding sites helping to further diversify the town centre offer.
