Revo Appoints Jeremy Lees and George Grimes as New Co-Chairs of Property Management Committee: Taking the Reins During a Time of Change in the Retail Property Market.

The Revo Property Management Committee is proud to announce the appointment of Jeremy Lees, Director, Savills and George Grimes, Head of Property Management, ESTAMA as the new co-chairs of the committee.

Revo’s exceptional work in nurturing industry-leading discussions through customised research, educational programs, awards, and events is invaluable. I am thrilled to work closely with the Property Management Committee to drive positive change. As a longstanding member of Revo, I am excited to give back to an industry that I am deeply passionate about.” said Jeremy Lees.  

“I am really excited to be stepping into the new role as co-chair of the Property Management Committee alongside Jeremy. With the retail property market in a state of flux, this is an exciting time to be at the forefront of property management. As members of the Revo Property Management Committee, we have a unique opportunity to provide much-needed support to the market. I can’t wait to roll up my sleeves and get started!” said George Grimes.  

The duo will take over from Carl Foreman, Managing Director, PM+U who has served as the chair of the committee for the past 5 years. During his tenure, Carl Foreman has made a significant contribution to both the Committee and wider Revo. Carl’s passion for Revo, the real estate industry and dedication to serving the committee, have been invaluable.

You both take over at a time of huge change in the retail property sector, albeit a definite change for the better, but one still full of challenges. Both Revo and the committee is excited to welcome Jeremy Lees and George Grimes as the new co-chairs. Both Lees and Grimes come with a wealth of experience in the property management sphere and real estate industry. The Property Management Committee will continue to focus on delivering commentary, guidance and best practice for the membership as well as encourage the continual debate around how retail spaces are managed, looking at current operational issues and how future opportunities can improve efficiencies.
