This week, the Property Management Committee got together at Savills to discuss committee make-up, cross-committee collaboration, topics of focus for the rest of 2023 and our upcoming 2023 awards campaign.

Some of the topics that will be tackled and debated by the committee are: benchmarking rent and turnover fees, the challenges and opportunities with recruitment, providing insight into EV charging, the future of service marketing and the integration of facial recognition technology.

The Property Management Committee is eager to expand on exploring these highlighted elements and produce guidance for our members.
