Our annual ‘State of the Nation’ research is designed to help understand the diverse trends and issues facing our towns, shopping centres and high streets.

Your views and insights are needed more than ever to help understand changing attitudes and confidence about the future of our centres and identify workable solutions for their future recovery and renaissance.

Please note that the survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete and the deadline for responses is Wednesday 31st January 2024. All respondents will receive a complimentary copy of the research report and an invitation to the launch of the research in April 2024 (date and venue to be confirmed).
