Why did you want to enter The Revo’s? 

The Revo awards are recognised as the industry standard in terms of excellence, and Ellandi fully supports the great work that is delivered by them as industry experts. I feel the work I’m involved with is fully aligned with the work undertaken in the industry as a whole.

What makes your entry standout?

I believe my entry stands out because it’s fresh and brings a different perspective to asset management. I have demonstrated that I have challenged industry norms and looked for exciting ways of delivering projects. I’ve achieved a lot, I have great people skills, I’m good at relationship building, and I have managed and executed challenging deals including tricky stakeholder management. I view challenges from a 360-degree perspective and adopt a holistic approach to delivering change. I am a people manager, great team player, and problem solver and my entry demonstrates my desire to grow and evolve.

How do you envision the future of your industry, and how do you hope to contribute to it?

I believe the industry will prioritise ESG and it will be embedded in every aspect. I’m fully committed to delivering transformational and sustainable change for all. That’s why I love working for Ellandi, a B-Corp that creates places with purpose. I love being part of a team that can implement sustainable and inclusive practices across our portfolio. I also hope that our industry will become more diverse and inclusive, and I want to be part of relevant industry bodies to implement positive change for all.
