Why did you want to enter The Revo’s? 

The Revo’s are a showcase of all of the fantastic achievements across our industry and a celebration of best practice. We wanted to enter to share the initiatives that we are extremely proud of and to recognise the teams and individuals who have been part of this.

What makes your entry standout?

We believe our entry stands out as it is a campaign that combines traditional marketing channels, placemaking and activation in the centre. It is a campaign that not only drives awareness of centre:mk’s ESG agenda, it also showcases our retailer’s initiatives and enables them to get involved. The campaign is extremely versatile and frames the narrative around everything we do and what we stand for.

How do you envision the future of your industry, and how do you hope to contribute to it?

In order for retail destinations to remain relevant, we need to continue to innovate and create the best possible experience for visitors. We strive to create a positive emotional connection with people so that they want to come to centre:mk. We need to be more than just a shopping centre, we want to create an environment that surprises and delights our visitors and makes their day.

We want to create experiences that you simply cannot replicate shopping online. At the heart of the city centre, we can offer first class shopping and dining as well as a space where everyone is welcome and there is always something exciting going on. We are always looking for new ways to make sure people will want to come back to centre:mk, over and over again.
