Why did you want to enter The Revo’s?

Industry recognition and to highlight the effort & commitment of people who would ordinarily not be recognised.

What makes your entry standout?

Notwithstanding the achievements of my team, which have been phenomenal, and challenging them with new leadership, new processes and a different way of thinking, I would like to think that our entry stands out because it is from a credit control team. Being part of the property industry often means that Surveyors, Asset Managers get recognised, but the ‘behind the scenes’ team go somewhat unnoticed despite them being an integral part of business success.

How do you envision the future of your industry, and how do you hope to contribute to it?

The future vision of commercial property investment is being shaped by a blend of economic recovery, technological innovation, sustainability imperatives, and shifting tenant demands. As a business, and a leader of people I want to optimise our growth and financial positions by continuing to use innovate ways of working, using technology to our advantage.
