Why did you want to enter The Revo’s? 

To celebrate the amazing work of my team and the huge efforts which go into pulling together our campaigns. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to recognise and learn from best practice in the industry.

What makes your entry standout?

Putting our charity partners Real Change MCR and Mustard Tree at the heart of our campaign, as part of our continued commitment to support those experiencing homelessness in Greater Manchester. We are at the heart of our City and community, celebrating this by embracing the diversity of Manchester. Our message for Christmas 2022 was summed up in one line from the poem featured in the campaign “Whether you have a little, or a lot, it doesn’t matter what you’ve got, there’s something for everyone here”.

How do you envision the future of your industry, and how do you hope to contribute to it?

The future will be all about experiences, that’s ultimately why people visit our destinations now, and why they will want to visit in the future. From activations in the malls, to unique and innovative occupiers across retail, F&B and leisure, as well as personal customer service. I look forward to supporting those occupiers just starting out with something unique in one or two locations, through to flagship stores from global brands, who each in their own way can offer something different and engaging for our customers.

What one word best summarises your entry?

Community
