Why did you want to enter The Revo’s?
There are times you’re quietly proud of a campaign – and then there are moments you even astound yourself. Pawsome Pooch was one of those occasions; tail-wagging fun, heart-warming and delivering paws-itively extraordinary results. We entered these awards to celebrate that achievement – and, admittedly, because we can never resist a fur-bulously good dog pun.
What makes your entry standout?
Our campaign combines creativity, innovation, and enviable tangible results. From a sold-out doggy takeover to the first-ever Canine Executive Officer, Pawsome Pooch captured hearts, drove in person visits along with social and media buzz to deliver game-changing results: 30% footfall growth, 51% sales uplift, and long-term brand equity as the UK’s most dog-friendly shopping centre.
How do you envision the future of your industry, and how do you hope to contribute to it?
Engaging customer experiences will continue to drive retail and this is at the heart of everything we do. We aim to keep on creating memorable moments and lifestyle-led experiences supported by campaigns which are emotionally engaging and commercially impactful.
