Why did you want to enter The Revo’s? 

Having attended The Revo’s last year as a guest, we saw how the industry, a mix of our peers, competitors, clients and suppliers all came together to celebrate the ‘best in class’ across the UK, which is what Revo represents. This year we decided that we didn’t just want to watch, we wanted to get involved.

What makes your entry standout?

Our entry was a partnership in the truest sense. It was working with none other than Trafford Centre, one of the biggest and most well-known destinations in the UK where we created a huge amount of impact on their performance, significant cost savings, and supported their ESG journey for which they have just won an award at MAPIC. Our platform is created by a team of people who have been on the frontline, developed by over 1000 voices in the industry. The technical innovation part has been a true collaboration of gathering feedback from the team on what they need and us developing it. It is evolving at a fast rate and that is what sets us apart.

How do you envision the future of your industry, and how do you hope to contribute to it?

We want to make smarter, safer spaces across the UK. This involves us being at the cutting edge of technical and AI innovation with our platform which will allow frontline workers to do their jobs more safely and efficiently. It will enable centre directors to oversee their entire business operation easily and have more open communication with their staff, meaning reduced budgets, operational efficiencies and reduced insurance premiums. It also will enable landlords to increase the overall valuation of their assets because we enable portfolio-wide management connecting each staff member, each lift engineer, each manager, and each fire safety marshall to ensure that our places are safer and smarter than ever before.
