Why did you want to enter The Revo’s? 

The creation of Merry Hill’s Leisure Quarter has been transformative for the destination, and we wanted to celebrate the collective effort that has made it a reality.

What makes your entry standout?

The overall impact of the initiative. This was about bringing something new to Merry Hill that would be able to stand on its own two feet, but also help the rest of the centre succeed. Sales within the Leisure Quarter have exceeded expectations, but most importantly that growth has also boosted existing tenants and retail, meaning we have created an ecosystem where the new leisure supports our best in class retail, which was the strategy from the outset.

How do you envision the future of your industry, and how do you hope to contribute to it?

Centres like Merry Hill will continue to be important for the communities they serve, both socially and economically. I hope my role, in supporting both the tenant and visitor experience at Merry Hill, will contribute to the overall environment and its evolution, as we ensure it maintains its relevance and appeal in the years and decades to come.
