Our annual ‘State of the Nation’ research is designed to help understand the diverse trends and issues facing our towns, shopping centres and high streets.

Your views and insights are needed more than ever to help understand changing attitudes and confidence about the future of our centres and identify workable solutions for their future recovery and renaissance.

Please note that the survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete and the deadline for responses is Tuesday 25th February. All respondents will receive a complimentary copy of the research report and an invitation to the launch of the research on  Tuesday 27th May 2025, at 1 Wimpole Street in London.
