Please join us in welcoming the newest member to the Revo Hub committee!
Please welcome Abigail Ayley, Senior Surveyor at Workman LLP. Find out more about Abigail below:
“To share a bit about my background, I joined Workman’s Retail and Leisure team in 2019 through their apprenticeship programme, during which I pursued an undergraduate degree in Real Estate Management. After gaining my degree, I sat my APC and qualified in April last year.
Becoming a member of the Revo Under 30s Committee would be an exciting opportunity to broaden my network, collaborate with like-minded professionals, and contribute meaningfully to the retail and placemaking sector. As a committee member, I would aim to bring fresh perspectives, helping to shape initiatives that support the next generation of professionals.
My journey through Workman’s apprenticeship program has equipped me with a strong blend of practical experience, bridging academia, professional training, and real-world practice. I believe this hands-on start to my career could allow me to bring innovative ideas to discussions about events, initiatives, and strategies that resonate with under-30s in the sector and young professionals who are navigating similar paths.
I am excited about the prospect of collaborating with and learning from other members. My experience has highlighted the value of teamwork and effective communication, skills I’m eager to bring to the committee to help build stronger connections among young professionals.
With enthusiasm and a commitment to making an impact, I aim to use my abilities and work with members to inspire and support others, aligning with the committee’s mission to empower the next generation of industry leaders.”
