Revo, the UK’s leading forum for retail-led mixed-use real estate, has today announced its Chair, two new appointments to its Board and a streamlined governance structure, reflecting the dynamic changes underway in the retail and leisure built environment.
The strategic running, governance and oversight of the organisation will be the responsibility of an Executive Board whilst major projects will be managed by a Projects Board, made up of the Executive Board and chairs of Revo’s major projects. Vivienne King, current Revo board member and founder of Impactful Places, will become Chair of both the Executive and Project Boards for a period of one year, with Dan Parr, Senior Vice President of CACI, as Chair-elect.
Aligned to these organisational changes, Revo is very pleased to announce that Jacinta Rowsell, Managing Director, Customer & Retail Operations, Northern Europe at URW and Jack Busby, Head of Retail Operations at Landsec have joined the Revo Executive Board as directors.
Jacinta and Jack join Stuart Harris, Sara Boonham, Dan Parr, Yvonne Boyd and Kayley Buxton on the Executive Board, with Vivienne. They replace former Board members, Neil Hockin, MD of Lunson Mitchenall and Michelle Buxton, CEO of Toolbox Marketing who stepped down from the Board earlier this year, after more than eight years combined Board membership. Caroline Maine Head of Retail at MAPP who has been a Board member for over 2 years, moves onto the new Projects Board as 2025 Conference Committee Chair.
