Revo, the UK’s leading membership forum for retail-led mixed-use real estate, which recently announced its new Chair and Executive Board under a new streamlined governance structure, today announces a further appointment to its Executive Board. Kate Lea, Head of Shopping Centre Leasing at British Land, joins recent additions in Jacinta Roswell from URW, and Landsec’s Jack Busby.
Kate is an experienced property professional with over 20 years’ industry expertise, predominantly in the development and leasing of major UK shopping centres, having worked at a senior level in both consultancy and client-side roles.
In her role as Head of Shopping Centre Leasing at British Land, Kate is responsible for leading the leasing strategy and transactional activity across British Land’s shopping centre portfolio, which includes flagship campuses across London, such as Broadgate, located in the City, alongside key asset management instructions across the UK such as Meadowhall and Southgate, Bath.

Kate’s appointment to the Executive Board comes ahead of Revo’s sold-out conference, ‘Shaping Tomorrow’s Places’, on Monday 15th September at the innovatively restored Arding & Hobbs, in the heart of Clapham Junction. The conference will hear from esteemed panellists representing a variety of roles in retail-led destinations, for dynamic discussions on the opportunities and challenges of the future of urban real estate.
