Revo Board Members Attend UKREiiF 2026

19-21 May 2026

Representing Revo at the conference, members of our Executive Board, Vivienne King, Stuart Harris and Nick Thornton, attended a range of sessions, meetings and industry discussions across the event. In this exclusive content feature, we share some of their reflections, key takeaways and observations from UKREiiF 2026, offering insight into the themes and conversations that resonated most strongly across the sector.

Vivienne King

Whilst both national and local political upheaval could have been a preoccupation at this year’s UKREiiF, it didn’t derail the tone of an industry intent on development, capital deployment, regeneration and dare I say, culture.

There’s no denying the viability gap feels even wider and the policy complications more complex at this year’s UKREiiF, but we are an industry holding our nerve across sectors –  retail and leisure, included.

Stuart Harris

UKREiiF once again proved to be a valuable few days to step back, listen and reconnect, reinforcing just how important relationships remain across the industry. There was strong momentum behind public–private partnerships, with local authorities showing real intent to move forward where trust and delivery are aligned. It was particularly encouraging to see town centre regeneration shifting from strategy into action, alongside growing focus on unlocking delivery through better procurement, viability and long-term stewardship.

There is also increasing recognition of the opportunity across coastal communities and experience-led destinations. I left feeling genuinely energised by the shared ambition and focus on turning plans into meaningful delivery.
