This week, the Repurposing & Regeneration Committee got together hybridly at Turley to explore the challenges facing this sector in our industry to help guide outputs for 2023 and provide the most value to our membership.

The discussion highlighted that guidance needs to be provided on Levelling Up, the viability of the creation of place, Investment in Town Centres, CPO and a refreshed route map/toolkit on effective collaboration and harnessing a shared vision. The Committee is excited to explore these areas of interest and to produce content and organise events that will provide valuable insights, guidance, best practice, commentary and actions for our members.
