Why did you want to enter The Revo’s?
As an organisation, we understand the importance of recognition for our team and their continued combined efforts. We respect Revo as key industry support, forum and facilitator, therefore entry to the Revo’s Awards was a given.
What makes your entry standout?
Our entry reflects what makes our city so great – community spirit, diversity, nourishing talent and encouraging thought provoking conversations. Our partnership with photography charity Belfast Exposed, not only provided essential support to their cause and elevation of their brand but also gave our customers exposure to something new and the opportunity to partake in a unique experience.
How do you envision the future of your industry, and how do you hope to contribute to it?
Retail continues to evolve and with the ease and convenience of online options ever present, experience, uniqueness and customer service must be at the heart of everything we do. We’re proud to be known for our unique approach to eventing, mall activations and local partnerships to keep the centre experience fresh and exciting. With this in mind, we plan to continue to push the boundaries and find new ways to entertain, activate and collaborate – all with our customer journey at the core.
