Why did you want to enter The Revo’s? 

We recognise that The Revos are at the forefront of retail, leisure, & placemaking within the real estate community and have found previous conferences and awards to be invaluable. As the REVOs are a prestigious organisation, recognition at The REVO awards is so significant to the teams sense of achievement.

What makes your entry standout?

Our entry stands out because of our people. A visit to The Potteries Centre allows people to see the sense of community and real teamwork in action. Our team demonstrate passion and dedication over and above what can be reasonably expected. They support one another both in extreme crisis scenarios but also contributing to the day to day, ensuring that The Potteries Centre can be the best that it can be and continue to go from strength to strength.

How do you envision the future of your industry, and how do you hope to contribute to it?

Our focus for the future of the industry is on human-centric placemaking, fostering a sense of belonging within the local community. Many of our initiatives have this overall vision in mind, not least the opening of our Community hub in November. We hope to contribute to this future by continuing to build ever stronger relationships with the local community, fostering mutually beneficial relationships and creating a place that people are eager to visit.
