Places & Spaces Reinvented Series – Explore the Future of Earls Court

We are delighted to invite Revo and IPF Members to an exclusive study tour of Earls Court, scheduled for January 17, 15:30pm – 18:30pm. This event marks a key moment in the revitalisation of Earls Court, as they recently unveiled their latest masterplan for public consultation.

Earls Court is set to become a new piece of city that is inclusive, climate resilient and will have wide reaching benefits for London. A place to discover wonder, a home for creative talent and a showcase for one of the fastest growing industries in the world clean and climate tech with 2.5 million sq. ft. of workspace.

The masterplan will deliver around 4,000 homes, 12,000 jobs and 300,000 sq ft of retail, dining, leisure, and culture. 60 per cent of the land is unbuilt, maximising open spaces and opportunities for nature to thrive with a 4.5-acre urban park at the heart of a network of exhibition gardens, a community green, cascading water features and new public squares. Reflecting on the site’s heritage of live events and music, Earls Court will bring forward a range of diverse cultural spaces including production and recording studios as well as fixed and pop-up venues and three larger cultural venues.

Sustainability is at the heart of the plans. With an ambition to go beyond net zero; Earls Court will be home to one of the UK’s largest zero carbon energy sharing networks, innovative water management, over 1,000 new trees and streets that prioritise walking and cycling. The Earls Court Development Company are set to submit a planning application in Summer 2024. The anticipated completion date of the overall plan is 2041.

Limited spaces are available for Revo Members to actively contribute to Earls Court’s remarkable future.
