Sam Carson, Head of Sustainability in CBRE UK’s Valuations Advisory team will present the results of their new CBRE Sustainability Index, which will be released on a biannual basis. The CBRE Sustainability Index tracks the relationship between sustainability and value for over 1000 assets on a quarterly basis, going back to Q1 2021. This new index is the first of its kind in the UK and we hope will offer significant insight in the future to the changing relationship between sustainability and value across the real estate markets.
