Louisa Butters is Head of Asset Management (Offices & Retail) for CBRE Investment Management’s U.K. Direct Real Estate Strategies. Based in London, she is directly responsible for retail and office assets totalling more than £2.0 billion, with oversight of the firm’s wider urban destinations portfolio, including Battersea Power Station. Louisa began her career at King Sturge in Paris before returning to London in 2005. She has since held roles as portfolio manager at CBRE Investment Management (2006 to 2011), established the property investment fund for Cherwell District Council, and served as Senior Asset Manager at Cadogan Estate. She is a member of REVO and sits on the BPF Retail Board. 

James Turner

James’ long career in real estate and real estate finance with specific experience in retail and hospitality spans 36 years. James has worked for the Hyatt Group in 1988 and Westfield in 1993, working in Australia, New Zealand, the US and Canada, culimating in moving to the UK in 1998 to co-establish Westfield’s European operations. James, a qualified accountant, has acquired, developed, managed and leased and exited a significant number of shopping centres across his career. James left Westfield in 2003 to establish Balmain Asset Management then co-founded KLX Real Estate Partners focussed on UK and Ireland in 2022.

Ruth Jackson

Ruth joined M&G Real Estate in September 2025 as Head of UK Investment Management, Real Estate, bringing over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Previously, she was a Managing Director at Hines, focusing on managing the value-add fund series across the UK and Europe.  Before this, she was Deputy Fund Manager for a pan-European open-ended core fund at Invesco Real Estate and an investment and development advisor at JLL. Ruth holds a degree in Geography from the University of Cambridge, and an MSc in Real Estate from London South Bank University.

Passionate about sharing insight and leading discussions, Ben has contributed thought leadership pieces to the industry and has appeared at several conferences, including Revo Conference, Retail Destination Live, and ATCM Summer School.

She is a Trustee of New Diorama Theatre and holds an MBA from the University of Exeter.

Rebecca is the Marketing Manager at Eden, an 850,000 sq ft retail and leisure destination in the heart of High Wycombe. For almost 5 years, she has developed the centre’s annual marketing strategy by analysing research and performance. From events and digital media to creative, content, and PR, Rebecca oversees the entire marketing delivery, tailored to specific objectives and target audiences.

Alice Hutfield is Director of Development at KFC UK & Ireland, where she plays a key role in delivering the brand’s landmark £1.5 billion investment plan announced last year, overseeing the largest restaurant expansion plan in KFC UK and Ireland’s history. Through this investment, KFC is targeting 500 new restaurants and 7,000 new jobs over the next decade. 

Alongside expanding KFC’s footprint across the UK and Ireland, Alice oversaw the launch of KFC’s new global visual identity with rollout planned across the estate, modernising restaurants with updated branding and enhanced customer experiences designed to connect with the next generation of customers.

Brad works closely with end users, manufacturers and suppliers to stay abreast of both the user’s needs and industry developments on the front lines, with a background in video analytics and CCTV system manufacturers.

Jennina O’Neill is Centre Manager at Metquarter, Liverpool. A prominent figure within Liverpool’s business community, she also Chairs the Retail and Leisure Board at The Liverpool BID Company, serves on the Savills Diversity and Inclusion group, and has been Joint Chair of its gender group since 2021. Over the past two decades and as the UK high street and consumers’ shift in demand for a community and experience-led high street, Jennina has helped adapt and transform Metquarter from a traditional shopping centre into a mixed-use space, home of creative arts, entertainment, F&B, health & wellbeing and independent retailers.

Marsha Sibborn

Marsha Sibborn is Director of Marketing & Communications at Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA and a marketing leader with more than 25 years’ experience across real estate, retail and hospitality. Her career includes senior roles with Westfield and British Land, where she helped shape destination marketing, customer experience and commercial strategies for major retail and mixed-use assets, before moving into hospitality.

Today, she leads marketing and communications across a multi-brand portfolio of more than 70 hotels, conference venues and restaurants. Marsha specialises in brand strategy, commercial growth and customer engagement and brings a distinctive cross-sector perspective on creating value through destinations and experiences.

Since joining the retail sector in 2022 and gaining her Chartered status in 2023, she has developed experience across a diverse portfolio of shopping centres and retail destinations, advising landlords and tenants on leasing strategy and transactions. Her work spans across prominent schemes including Cabot Circus, The Glades, Princesshay and Bankside, with deals involving brands such as Sweaty Betty, Pop Mart and Le Creuset. Alongside her professional role, Matilda is also Co-Chair of Revo Hub, where she champions networking, collaboration and opportunities for the next generation of property professionals.

Jack Busby is Head of Retail Operations at Landsec, responsible for centre management teams and service delivery across the company’s retail and leisure portfolio. Since joining Landsec in 2008, he has held roles in Asset and Investment Management, led several business transformation and change programmes, and was appointed Head of Retail Operations in 2022. Jack also chairs ELEVATE, a collaborative partnership between Landsec and its operational partners.
