Why did you want to enter The Revo’s?
Our decision to enter The Revo’s for ‘Best Asset Management Initiative’ is two-fold – we continue to record outstanding performance across our retail outlet, delivering sustained growth across sales and footfall, and we have been able to create a successful asset which complements our strong F&B and leisure offer. We feel that now is as good a time as ever to amplify the success of our destination and reaffirm that we show no sign of slowing down, consistently looking to evolve, elevate, and optimise the experience for our visitors, whilst also maximising the opportunities that the arena shows provide.
What makes your entry standout?
The O2 isn’t just an outlet, it’s a landmark destination that is recognised not just nationally, but globally. Better yet, we also have the added benefit of the arena, making our entry completely unique. We have showcased how Outlet Shopping at The O2 has been strategically transformed into a seamlessly integrated part of the UK’s most iconic entertainment destination. Our entry highlights bold asset-management decisions, exceptional collaboration across partners and retailers, and a data-driven approach that has delivered outstanding commercial performance. By blending retail, leisure, and entertainment under one visionary strategy, we’ve created a stronger, more dynamic destination with measurable impact for brands and visitors alike, and that’s what truly sets this initiative apart.
How do you envision the future of your industry, and how do you hope to contribute to it?
As we look ahead, we feel that more destinations will look to harness the idea of a 360-degree experience, where tenants work in tandem with one another, not against. We anticipate there will be more integration across shopping, restaurant, and leisure spaces to create a unified, customer-friendly experience that boosts dwell time and sales.
What one word best summarises your entry?
It’s hard to find just one word that summarises our entry, as we feel it is a combination of both teamwork and innovation. We’re always looking ahead to the next thing and how we can elevate our destination, whether it’s through turning an unused wall into a 3,731 sq ft space for Clip n Climb, or transforming 9,000 sq ft worth of retail space into the UK’s first Activate site. Our success in being able to achieve this is only possible through the hard work, determination, and collaboration of our team.
