To help raise our profile and showcase how a tired retail-focused asset can be re-born into something vibrant, exciting and sustainable.

What makes your entry standout?

The attention to detail of all aspects of our Stanley Square project ranging from the physical to non-physical elements and the sense of pride that is now shown across tenants/staff/visitors and wider Sale residents.

How do you envision the future of your industry, and how do you hope to contribute to it?

The property industry will continue to evolve reflecting the changes in the micro and macro economies and the growing environmental challenges. Altered Space understands these challenges and will help transform physical assets to best meet these challenges.
