The government’s latest policy push—centred on ‘growth, growth, growth’—emphasises new housing and major infrastructure projects, but disappointingly, town centres remain a secondary focus. However, knock-on benefits may arise, particularly for areas like the Oxford-Cambridge Growth Corridor.
