ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Revo’s Annual Conference 2026 is the moment the retail, leisure and built environment sectors come together, not just to talk, but to act. This is where investors, developers, designers, occupiers, experience-makers, and innovators gather under one roof with a shared sense of purpose: to shape the next generation of retail-led destinations, together.
Our sector is at an inflection point, where the challenges are real, the opportunities are significant, and the response has to be collective. The agenda cuts to the heart of what matters most right now, how capital is moving and what that means for the assets we invest in; how we reimagine places to unlock lasting value; how occupiers are changing and what they need from us to thrive; and how AI, proptech, and an unrelenting focus on customer experience are raising the bar for what great destinations can achieve.
Across a dynamic programme, expect content that challenges thinking, sparks ideas, and drives action and brought to life through candid conversations, audience interaction, and real world insights from leading voices across the sector. But perhaps most importantly, this is the forum where deals begin, partnerships form, and new ideas take hold, offering unrivalled networking with the senior decision-makers, innovators, and practitioners who are actively building the future of retail-led destinations.
The most important conversations in the sector happen here. Be part of making them count.

| SEVEN | The Operator Perspective: Retail and Leisure at the Heart of Placemaking | Retailers and leisure operators are co-creators of place. As consumer expectations evolve, their role in shaping vibrant, relevant, and experience-led destinations has never been more critical. This session brings the operator voice to the forefront, exploring how brands are redefining physical space and partnering with landlords to deliver destinations that people actively choose to visit. |
| Networking Break Recharge and Reconnect | ||
| EIGHT | Repurpose to Re‑energise – From Anchor to Asset: Repurposing Department Stores for a New Era | Over the past few years, we’ve all talked about the scale of the challenge: millions of square feet of empty space left behind by the collapse of department stores anchoring our high streets and shopping centres. We’ve also seen no shortage of ideas for what those spaces could become. But now feels like a turning point. |
| NINE | Retail & Leisure Real Estate – No Longer Just Place | Retail and leisure real estate is increasingly defined by the interaction of fast-moving forces, including AI, climate, energy, geopolitics, social divergence, owner-occupier partnership and capital confidence, which reinforce one another and reshape customer appetite, confidence and behaviour. Taking forward Revo’s Forces Driving Retail and Leisure Places research, this session explores these forces as a system of interconnected, continually evolving dichotomies orbiting around the customer and what this means for how the sector invests, owns, designs and operates places. |
