The Revo Sustainability Committee is proud to announce the appointment of Belinda Morgan, Partner at Cundall as the new chair of the committee. Belinda heads up teams of Mechanical, Electrical and Sustainability Engineers who is also a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, a Fellow of the Institute of Healthcare Engineers & Estates Management, and a Corporate Member of the Institute of Acoustics – CEng, FCIBSE, FIHEEM, MIOA. She has wide-ranging consultancy design experience in various sectors and heads up the Lifestyle sector for Cundall internationally.

“I’m very excited to be taking up this position with Revo. ESG is at the heart of everything we do, with a focus on how people and places work best together to protect our precious planet.  There has never been a more important time than now to share ideas and solutions in achieving our collective targets for environmental and social performance. This committee gives us a great opportunity to proactively work together, looking at practical and efficient solutions, but with one eye on the ever-changing technologies as they are developed and looking at how we can contribute positive social value in the places we invest” said Belinda Morgan.

Belinda will take over from David Johnston, Partner at Wedlake Bell who has served as the chair of the committee for the past 5 years. During his tenure, David Johnston has made a significant contribution to both the Committee and wider Revo. David has provided inspiration and leadership to the committee during his time as chair driving the sustainability agenda forward for Revo.

“It has been a privilege to chair the Sustainability Committee through a period where the retail and leisure property industry has had to deal with generational social and climate issues.  I am really pleased to pass on the reins to Belinda and am certain that her energy and passion to lead will continue to drive the committee and Revo forward,” said David Johnston.

Revo is excited to welcome a real estate industry member of Belinda’s outstanding reputation and experience as the new chair. The Sustainability Committee will focus on delivering commentary, guidance and best practice for the membership as well as encourage the continual debate around the Environmental, Social and Governance agenda for retail leisure and placemaking – places and people.
