Louisa Dalgleish, Leasing Director of Outlet Shopping at The O2
Louisa started her role three years ago as Leasing Director of Outlet Shopping at The O2, with her focus targeted on driving the retail strategy across the outlet. Her placemaking vision for the outlet seeks to deliver maximum consumer and financial performance through the leasing of units to new brands, and the overall responsibility of all transactional and professional management of the outlet’s retail assets.
Louisa has over 17 years of experience in the property industry, having previously worked at Nash Bond and Jones Lang LaSalle. As part of the retail agency team, Louisa provided holistic advice to clients on retail leasing negotiations and development and placemaking strategies. She also advised clients which included The Cadogan Estate, Portman Estate, Hammerson, and Westfield London.
Janine Constantin-Russell, Managing Director of Outlet Shopping at The O2 and the Entertainment District
Janine Constantin-Russell began her role as Managing Director of Outlet Shopping at The O2 and the Entertainment District in 2018, and sits on the board of the destination’s joint venture partnership between AEG Europe and Crosstree. Her role entails overseeing every aspect of the business, including finance, marketing, retail and operations, as well as understanding the current landscape, driving customer experience, evaluating retail trends, and overseeing the strategy.
With over 20 years in the retail and property industry, Janine has previously worked for brands such as Selfridges, Harrods, Browns, and Liberty London, as well as Bicester Village, executing successful commercial strategies to create environments that inspire visitors by delivering one-of-a-kind experiences.
